Welcome to Gudsoft Digital Solution. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.gudsoftdigital.com and the web design, web development, and digital marketing services offered by us.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Gudsoft Digital Solution provides professional web design, local SEO optimization, Google Business Profile management, and graphic branding services. Our primary packages (including the ₹6,000 professional website package) have specific deliverables outlined in our service listings. Any customization or extra requirements outside the standard package will be charged additionally as per custom negotiations.

2. Client Cooperation & Content Submission

To ensure project delivery within our guaranteed timelines (e.g. 7 Days), clients must cooperate in providing necessary business details, logos, text contents, images, contact details, and location maps. Gudsoft Digital Solution is not responsible for project delays caused by a client's delay in providing content.

3. Hosting, SSL & Email Account Promotion

For our standard business website package:

• We provide server hosting and a secure SSL certificate free of charge for the first 1 year.
• We set up 1 professional business email account free of charge for the first 1 year.
• Domain name purchase is not included in the standard ₹6,000 package. The client must purchase their own domain name, which we will configure and link for free.
• Subsequent yearly renewals for hosting and business email services are charged at standard rates (typically around ₹3,000 to ₹4,000/year in total).

4. Payments and Cancellation

Payments for our design packages are structured as discussed and agreed upon during booking (typically involving an advance booking amount and final payment upon project preview and completion). Once development work has commenced, advances are non-refundable. Final project source files can be provided on client demand only upon receipt of complete payment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment and delivery, the client retains full ownership of the website's visual assets, text copy, layout assets, and front-end static source files. Gudsoft Digital Solution retains the right to display the completed website design in its portfolio and marketing case studies unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gudsoft Digital Solution is not liable for any third-party server downtime, domain registrar issues, email delivery outages, or business losses resulting from search engine ranking drops, website usage, or general digital platform updates. We develop the website using industry best practices, but do not guarantee specific business conversions or sales volumes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
